When does it start?

The first message arrives in July, as Santa begins his journey back from holiday and prepares for the season ahead. From there, something arrives each month as Christmas gets closer.


What will my child receive?

From July through December, your child will receive a series of messages from Santa—each one building on the last—leading up to a final delivery in December.


Is each message personalized?

Yes—each one is addressed to your child and thoughtfully written to feel personal, warm, and just for them.


Can I include more than one child?

Yes. You can enroll multiple children, and each will have their own experience.


What ages is this for?

Santa Mail Club is designed for children roughly ages 3–11, with the tone adjusted to feel right for their stage.


What if I join after July?

That’s okay. Your child will still be included in the experience moving forward, and the story will continue seamlessly.


When will messages arrive?

Messages are sent out monthly, timed to keep the experience consistent and exciting as Christmas approaches.


Will my child compare this with others?

Each experience is thoughtfully prepared so that it feels unique and personal.


Can I update my child’s details?

Yes. If something changes or you’d like to add a note, just reach out and we’ll take care of it.


What happens in December?

December is the moment everything leads to.

After months of messages… reminders… and quiet encouragement…

A final delivery arrives.

And inside, they discover something they’ve been working toward all along—

their place on Santa’s Nice List.


Do you ship everywhere?

We currently ship across the U.S. (expandable as you grow).


What if something doesn’t arrive?

If anything goes missing or doesn’t arrive as expected, we’ll make it right.


Why start in July?

Because the magic doesn’t begin in December.
